Return and Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have the right to apply for a return within 30 days. Before applying for a return or canceling an order, you need to know some tips below.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@kindeep.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item you want to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by KINDEEP.

Order Modification:

  • Customers can request a refund or modify order information before the item is shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support representative at service@kindeep.com.
  • For products that have already been shipped after an order is placed, they will be treated as returns, and the return policy will apply.

Return and Exchange:

The return policy is only valid for customers who place an order on the website. If the product you received does not match your order, do not use the product, and contact our customer service team (support@kindeep.com).

If a return and refund are granted, it will be subject to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed to by KINDEEP:

  1. The product is returned within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
  2. The product is received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. The product is damaged due to uncontrollable factors during the transportation process.
  4. We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country or region to which the order was originally shipped.

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions:

  1. Any product not purchased from www.kindeep.com.
  2. If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product are lost or damaged.
  3. Products displaying physical damage or clear signs of user misuse.
  4. Products with stains (scratches, food or oil stains, etc.).
  5. The order exceeds 30 days from the date of purchase.

Valid Proof of Purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through KINDEEP.
  • Sales invoice

About The Return Process:

  • Step 1: Please contact our customer service team (support@kindeep.com) to initiate the return process with the following information: Order number, proof of purchase, video, or photos of the faulty product.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review the information you provide within 48 hours. If it is confirmed to comply with our return and exchange policy, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Step 3: Insert the receipt along with the items back into the original packaging.
  • Step 4: Contact the courier yourself and hand over the package to the courier for delivery.
  • Step 5: Send the order tracking number from the logistics delivery back to our email (support@weetall.com).

Regarding the Refund and Reissue Process:

  • If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued.
  • We will process the refund for you within 1-2 work days after the warehouse confirms receipt of the product. Generally, the refund amount will be returned to your payment account within the same day. 

*Shipping times for replacement packages are the same as for normal orders.

  • If the product you received is defective and you still want to use the product, we will reissue a new product for you on the day the product is confirmed to be defective.
